Gaetano Rametta is a Full Professor of the History of Philosophy at the University of Padua. He is the author of an extensive bibliography on Fichte, Hegel, Bradley, and the reception of classical German philosophy in contemporary thought. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal "Filosofia politica" and the scientific committee of the "Rivista di storia della filosofia." He also directs the series "Metamorfosi del trascendentale" at the publisher Mimesis.
